Forms and email
Forms are processed with Fluent Forms on this WordPress website. Submissions, including email addresses and consent selections, are stored in the website’s administrative system. Requested resource emails are separate from optional newsletter enrollment. The dedicated newsletter signup uses FluentCRM on this website to store subscriber details, list membership, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and email activity. You must confirm the dedicated newsletter signup through an email link before receiving newsletter campaigns. Optional permission recorded on a resource form is retained with that submission; it is not an automatic newsletter subscription. Emails are delivered through the configured email service, and delivery logs are retained for troubleshooting. Newsletter emails may record opens and link activity where supported; these measures can be affected by email privacy settings. Unsubscribing stops newsletter campaigns but does not erase the record needed to honor that choice or prevent requested resource delivery.
